Conflict Sensitivity

Conflict sensitivity is an approach widely recognised in the humanitarian and development sectors. It refers to practices that enable organisations to understand how aid interacts with conflict in a particular context, mitigate unintended negative effects of their interventions, and influence conflict positively wherever possible. It is now seen as a minimum standard for all actors operating in conflict-affected settings.
